Today was a good day. My two classes were fantastic and full of adorable children. They both were well behaved and enthusiastic which was wonderful. Then had a yummy Hunan style dinner with Jack. At the restaurant we were treated to a yummy tea drink in a can by a family with this cute little 3rd grader. When we went up to pay, the poor waitress had to explain in Chinese that one of my student’s and his mother who were in the restaurant when we arrived had already paid for us. What wonderful Chinese hospitality there is in this country. It amazes me every day.
